About the Program

Creative Industries Sector Partnership brings industry leaders, secondary and post-secondary educators, government officials and community partners together for collective action to build Hawaii’s Kindergarten-to-Career creative industries talent pipeline.

Together, we improve student preparedness and increase the number of students in the creative industries pipeline to better meet the future demand for creative professionals in Hawaii.

Creative Industries Hawaii, as a subsidiary of the Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism serves as the sector convener, with support from Chamber of Commerce Hawaii, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and AE Consulting. Good Jobs Hawaii provides critical support for the Clean Energy Sector Partnership.

We work closely with University of Hawaii and Hawaii Department of Education. Employers provide high-quality work-based learning opportunities for students and teachers.
